KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Import & Export Compliance Exchange Control & Foreign PaymentsGlobal & Local ProcurementLanded Costing & Cost ControlCompany-Wide Stock Control & Planning Procurement Administration & Invoice ControlOversee and control all purchasing documentation and buying invoices.Ensure all supplier invoices:Match purchase ordersMatch delivery notes / GRNsMatch customs documentation where applicableVerify pricing, quantities, currency, and supplier details before approval.Ensure correct allocation to cost centres and stock accounts.Maintain disciplined filing and document control for audit purposes.Work closely with Finance to resolve discrepancies promptly.Reporting, Controls & Governance REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLSTechnical & RegulatoryStrong experience with:SAD 500 submissionsImport/export documentationExchange control and third-party paymentsExperience dealing with banks, clearing agents, and customs authorities.Commercial & OperationalProven experience in procurement, stock control, and supplier negotiation.Strong understanding of inventory management and landed costing.Experience in manufacturing (flexible packaging preferred).High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail. QUALIFICATIONSDiploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or similar.Minimum 5+ years relevant experience.ERP system experience essential.FSSC Experience
