receipt and pack stock and maintain filing the same

Take samples of
all Chemicals received
·
Carries out
various stocktaking/stock checks activities (daily, weekly and full count)
·
Issue stock to
internal customers and capture all SRN issues on ERP system daily
·
Keep an
accurate record of stock levels and informs Procurement Officer of all low
levels for repurchase
·
Attends to
administrative duties including excel spreadsheets, filing and following up on
material return notes
·
Communicate
with different departments for all non-stock items received
Qualifications and
experience:
·
Matric
·
Diploma/Certificate
in stores-keeping advantageous
·
SHE procedures
relevant to the stores
·
Computer
knowledge essential (Microsoft Office / Sage Accpac)
·
Experience in a
Manufacturing environment will be beneficial
·
Forklift
License
·
Valid Driver’s
License
