Description
Our business is looking to welcome a new member to our design team. The successful candidate would be responsible for the following duties:
Responsibilities:
- Produce shop drawings based on design intent & approved quote
- Take final measurements on-site
- Design & create renders where applicable
- Submit shop drawings, revisions, cutting list and order sheets
- Execute all shop drawings revisions to desired Result
- Alert possibilities to why the result cannot achieve
- Do research on materials and product
- Create Material Order sheets of Approved Shop drawings
- Create cutting List and issue to Project Manager
- Hold meeting with workshop staff to discuss shop drawings and answer queries that is raised, so that production can understand what’s expected from then.
- Attend Draughting, site and client meetings when required
- Respond to client queries and mails regarding shop drawings and or technical details.
- Work hand in hand with procurement manager to ensure correct materials have been ordered.
- Check that workshop staff execute drawings & cutting list correctly
Requirements
- Must have 3-5 years experience working within the joiner industry
- Must have experience working on Solid Works
- Must have own transport
- Must live near the Killarney Gardens area or its surrounds
