Ideally have dealt in the commodities space maybe as a Trader. The incumbent must be really dynamic, show persistence and grit and be able to manage the difficult trading conditions in Africa. Besides managing the Key Accounts, you will also develop new business for the company through Africa. This is a position which will demand a lot of travel.
