independent High Court Litigation Attorney to lead our litigation department.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Road Accident Fund and
the ability to manage cases from inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in High Court litigation matters.
• Manage and oversee the litigation department.
• Handle Road Accident Fund claims with expertise.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and
regulations.
• Work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
Requirements:
• Admitted attorney with rights of appearance in the High Court.
