· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism

· Proficiency in computer literacy is a must

· Must be able to work individually and in a team environment

· Must be target driven

· Must be able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

· Contacting clients to collect overdue payments.

· Negotiating payment arrangements

· Maintaining accurate records of communications and payments

· Following up on delinquent accounts

· Reporting on collection status and progress

· Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
