The successful
candidate must have exceptional knowledge and understanding of motor vehicle mechanical, electrical components and computer control systems that cause them to
malfunction. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong fault-finding
ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as
part of a team.
You will be
responsible for conducting vehicle inspections and performing mechanical repairs.
You must be proficient in using modern repair instruments and techniques to
restore vehicles to their original condition.
The following
skills are imperative job requirements:
Dismantle, inspect, assess and repair and assemble
petrol and diesel road vehicle engine and vehicle system components.Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Diagnose
and repair faults in engines, vehicle systems and components. Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately record
all defects on job cards. Complete and manage job cards accurately and
