DUTIES
INCLUDE:
• Stripping and
assembling
• Spraying of
all vehicles / parts
• Full
preparation/repair skill
• Masking
•
Colour/Paint Matching
• Meeting
targets on vehicles to be painted
• Reduce
wastage on material
• Attention to
detail
• Eliminate
Inefficiencies and Rework
• Ensure that
assigned equipment and tools are maintained.
• Cleaning all
spraying equipment and other tools/equipment before and after each spray job
• Immediately
communicate issues as they arise
THE
INCUMBENT MUST:
• Have AT LEAST
5 YEARS experience with contactable references
• Have a valid
driver's license
• Be punctual,
honest and reliable
• Have sober
habits
• Be hard
working AND able to work under pressure
• Produce high
quality workmanship
•
Be a team player AND able to work without supervision
•
Keep a steady pace and finish projects on time.
