About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery & Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with bakery equipment and be capable of ensuring smooth operations through both technical maintenance and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers, slicers, etc.)

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance

• Assist in bakery production processes when required

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to equipment issues

Requirements

• Proven experience working with bakery machinery and equipment

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
