This is a unique role that requires a "chameleon" coach ,someone who can be a playful storyteller at 9:00 AM for a 3-year-old and a tactical mastermind at 4:00 PM for an U18 squad.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesAge-Specific Coaching: Delivering high-energy, fun-filled sessions for kids aged 3–8 (Soccer Stars) and technical, tactical development for players aged 9–18 (Europa Football).Mobile Coaching: Traveling between various schools in Northern Suburbs (Kuils River, Brackenfell, Bellville, etc.).Creative Session Planning: Designing imaginative drills for toddlers and high-intensity match-prep for older athletes.Team Collaboration: Working closely with the Head of Development and fellow coaches to ensure a consistent "Europa" coaching philosophy.Administrative Diligence: Taking registers, managing equipment, and providing brief feedback to parents after sessions.Requirements & Qualifications
Character: Must be trustworthy, vibrant, and possess "infinite" patience.Experience: Previous experience coaching children is essential; coaching certificates (SAFA D/C License) are a major advantage.Mobility: Must own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license. This is non-negotiable as the role involves daily travel between schools.Language: Fluent in English (Afrikaans is an advantage in the Northern Suburbs).Clearance: Must have (or be willing to obtain) a clear Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for working with minors
