Known for their practical innovation and reliable delivery, they offer a fast-paced environment where hands-on leadership drives results.The Role: Production ManagerThis is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all aspects of trailer production. You will be responsible for planning, execution, team performance, quality control, and operational efficiency. The position exists to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality trailers while continuously improving factory processes and maintaining a disciplined, safety-first culture.Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 5 years experience managing a production floor or factory operationPlan, schedule, and coordinate production to meet deadlines and turnover targetsLead a team of 30+ staff, including 5 foremen, with clear performance trackingEnsure trailers meet specification and quality standards through rigorous checksEnforce safety, legal compliance, and high housekeeping standards (e.g. 5S)Drive process improvements to eliminate waste and boost efficiencyProvide technical guidance across welding, fabrication, and trailer assemblyMaintain discipline, attendance, and continuous development of team membersAbout You5+ years of experience in a production management roleStrong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skillsProven track record managing teams and achieving production targetsFirm approach to discipline, quality, and operational controlKnowledge of trailer manufacturing processes beneficialFamiliarity with welding, 12V electrics, plumbing, or cabinet fit-out an advantageHands-on, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement
