Key Responsibilities:- Hadware & Software :lnstall, configure,and updata software on company computers.set up new workstations for staft.-networking:Assist with basic network troubleshooting (cabling, connectivity issues, Wi-Fi).- Security & Surveillance : Help maintain and troubleshoot lp cameras and security systems.-communications : manage Volp phone sytems (handset setup, trobleshooting lines).-Support : provide day- to-day technical support to staffand solve hardware/software problems asthey arise.Requirements:- Background : Previous education or experience in lT (lnfoemation Technology ) is required.- Technical Skills:- Understanding of basic networkin concepts (lP addresses, cables,switches).- Familiarity with lP Camera systems.- Experience with VolP phone systems. - Proficiency in installing troubleshooting Windows softeware.- Soft Skills:- Must be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.- strong problem - solving (you enjoy figuring out why something isnt working).- Good communication skills to help colleagues with tech issues.
