Staff Training and Development·
Providing ongoing training, conducting
performance evaluations, and offering feedback to help employees grow.·
Inventory Management·
Monitor stock levels, placing orders, and
ensuring that products are available to meet customer demand. Managing inventory records and
conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies.·
Implementing Policies and Procedures·
Enforcing standards for dress code, punctuality,
and conduct. Responsible for updating and communicating any changes to policies and
ensuring compliance.·
Reporting and Communication·
Preparing reports on sales, inventory, and staff
performance. Communicate with senior management, providing updates on operations and
