DUTIES:
You will inter alia be responsible to:-
? Maintain full production schedule to meet customer demands
? Production planning and strategizing
? Successfully lead the production and maintenance teams, ensuring teamwork is enhanced
? Ensure the introduction of a planned maintenance and preventative program for all machinery and equipment in the production area
? Determine cause of any/all quality defects and act pro-actively to avoid such
? Maintain product and quality specifications at all times
? Ensure proper training of all relevant personnel
? Ensure 100% adherence to all ISOTS and auditing requirements
? Meet all plant performance targets i.e. personnel, machinery and equipment
? Optimize material consumption, scrap control and over-usage
? Manage, control and co-ordinate all relevant projects as allocated
? Ensure the effective and professional delivery of all materials and projects within the
constraints of relevant agreements & deadlines
