Responsibilities:Maintain and update debtor accounts, ensuring accuracy and completenessGenerate and distribute invoices and statements to customersFollow up on outstanding payments via phone and emailAllocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accountsInvestigate and resolve account queries and discrepanciesMonitor credit limits and report on overdue accountsPrepare age analysis reports and assist with monthly reportingCollaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issuesAssist with credit applications and background checks on new customersRequirements:Matric (Grade 12) with Accounting or MathematicsCertificate or Diploma in Accounting/Finance (advantageous)Minimum of 24 years experience in a debtors/accounts receivable roleExperience in industrial, mining, or related sectors preferredStrong understanding of credit control proceduresProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
