and Livestock Management:Planning,
organizing, and supervising the planting, cultivation, harvesting, and
storage of crops.Managing
livestock operations including feeding, breeding, health care, and
overall welfare.Implementing
best practices for soil management, irrigation, pest control, and
fertilization.Monitoring
weather conditions and adapting farming practices accordingly to optimize

Keeping and Reporting:Maintaining
accurate records of crop yields, livestock inventory, and other relevant
data.Generating
reports on farm performance and productivity
Strategic
Planning and Decision Making:Developing
and implementing short-term and long-term plans for farm operations,
growth, and diversification.Identifying
opportunities for expansion, diversification, or improvement and making
recommendations to farm owners. All

*Key Performance Areas*
*TAXATION*
* Ensure Group complies with all relevant jurisdictional tax legislation.
* Prepare and submit timely, accurate and complete provisional, income, dividends and withholding tax returns for all legal entities.
* Reconcile tax accounts
* Liaise with advisory consultants on taxation matters and support the Group Financial Manager with pro-active group tax planning.

*FINANCIAL REPORTING*
* Proactively assisting with the management of the annual external audit process* *
* Assist the Group Financial Manager and Financial Director in the preparation of the Group Integrated Annual Report.* *

* Assist the Group Financial Manager in preparing the consolidated year-end and interim reporting period and financial year end.
