We are seeking a reliable and skilled Experienced Handyman to support our real estate and property management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across managed properties, ensuring properties are safe, functional, and well-presented at all times.Responsible for the maintenance of a building. Completing preventive maintenance, installing new equipment, and assisting with routine building maintenance. Completing work order records and file all related maintenance paperwork.
