Asset & Inventory ManagementMaintain asset registers for equipment and tools.Monitor stock levels of maintenance supplies and spare parts.Ensure proper storage and control of tools and equipment. Guest Experience SupportEnsure all guest areas are fully functional and aesthetically maintained.Minimize disruptions to guests during maintenance work.Address guest maintenance complaints promptly and professionally. Administration & ReportingMaintain maintenance logs and records.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Track job cards and completion timelines.Ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
