Work Arrangement: Commission-Based (60/40 Split) | 150cc Motorbike Provided
We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and self-motivated Motorbike Delivery Driver to work with us in the Pietermaritzburg (PMB) area. This is a commission-based partnership ideal for a driver who wants a fixed, dependable arrangement using a company-supplied motorbike.
Compensation Model (The 60/40 Split)
This is a partnership where we provide a reliable bike (150cc Big Boy), and you provide the driving expertise and commitment.
Driver's Share (60%): The driver keeps 60% of the total gross earnings from all deliveries.
Owner's Share (40%): The remaining 40% is retained by the owner to cover the bike's depreciation, insurance, and major maintenance costs.
Requirements
Valid South African Driver's License: Must have a valid Code A or A1 Motorcycle License. No exceptions.
Experience: Proven experience as a delivery or courier driver in Pietermaritzburg or surrounding KZN areas is highly preferred.
Reliability: Must be reliable, trustworthy, and committed to working agreed-upon hours.
Clean Record: Must pass a background and driving record check.
Communication: Must have a reliable smartphone for navigation and communicating with dispatch/clients.

The driver must be familiar with the PMB metro area and its suburbs.
