Minimum Requirements:
· Grade 12 (Compulsory)
· Experience working
on a “POS” or
cashier system
· Retail working
experience in a similar position
(Advantageous) · Telephone etiquette
· Excellent customer
service
· Good written and verbal communication
· Computer literate – Microsoft Office
(Excel,
Word,
Email)

· Good customer relations at all times which include

- Answering telephone calls - Serving customers

up of tills
