The position will report into the Senior Building Estimator who reports into the Head of the Building Division.Must possess as a minimum a University Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.Some experience is required but will consider recently qualified candidates who have completed their studies recently.Must be prepared to work from our offices in Gosforth Park Germiston.Must be prepared to travel to site at times with the Senior Building Estimator or Head and sleep out on occasionA Junior Building Estimator prepares, reviews, and analyzes cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents for construction projects.
