Wet Trades Foreman Residential DevelopmentsLocation: Phesantekraal, Paarl, Somerset West & West CoastEmployer: Established Property DeveloperAn established Property Developer actively delivering multiple residential developments is seeking an experienced Wet Trades Foreman to oversee wet works across projects in Phesantekraal, Paarl, Somerset West and the West CoastThis is a hands-on, site-based role suited to a strong leader with solid residential building experience.Key Responsibilities:Supervising all wet trades including brickwork, plastering, screeds and concrete worksManaging and coordinating wet trade subcontractors and labour teamsEnsuring quality workmanship in line with drawings and specificationsPlanning daily and weekly work programmes for wet tradesMonitoring productivity and addressing site issues proactivelyEnsuring compliance with health & safety and site proceduresReporting progress to Site Managers and Contracts ManagerRequirements:Proven experience as a Wet Trades Foreman on residential projectsStrong understanding of residential construction methods and finishesAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsExperience managing subcontractors and direct labourGood organisational and communication skillsValid drivers licenceTrade qualification advantageous but not essentialWhats on Offer:Competitive, market-related remunerationLong-term, stable employment with an active developerOpportunity to work on multiple residential developmentsSupportive site and management structure
