Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee residential construction projects from start to finish
- Manage materials, take precise measurements, and supervise concrete pours
- Lead and coordinate the site team, including technicians and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 510 years experience in building services or residential construction
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Hands-on experience with site operations and construction workflows
Qualification:
- BTech/ National Diploma in Civil Engineering
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
