Site Agent – Construction (Cape Town)
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Agent to join our construction team based in Cape Town.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience managing construction sites and teams
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and regulations
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
- Experience with project scheduling and quality control
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
- Manage site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain health and safety compliance on site
- Monitor quality control and report progress to management
- Resolve site-related issues efficiently and professionally
