This is a senior management role focused on leading a large kitchen brigade and driving excellence in food quality, team performance, and operational efficiency.Role Overview:As Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 40 kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, and consistently delivering high standards of food quality and safety. Your focus will be on people management, process improvement, and maintaining a positive, productive kitchen culture.
