KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Analyze utility consumption, costs, and billing to ensure accurate allocation to tenants.Validate municipal and tenant invoices and ensure recoveries align with company billing methodologies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for utilities across the property portfolio.
