Job Description:Compile accurate and competitive HVAC quotations for commercial, industrial, and residential clientsManage the full tender process from enquiry through to submission and awardDevelop HVAC designs in accordance with industry standards and best practice guidelinesOversee end-to-end project execution, including procurement of materials, subcontractor coordination, health & safety compliance, commissioning, and handoverensuring quality delivery and cost controlWork closely with Procurement and Stores to minimise supply chain delays and maintain optimal stock levelsEnsure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and compliant with required regulationsTake complete responsibility for site operations, ranging from single-unit installations to large, multi-million-rand projectsSkills & Experience:Minimum 5 years proven experience in the HVAC industryConfident in designing, reading and interpreting building drawings and HVAC design layoutsProven track record of successfully managing projects from planning to completionCommercially driven with strong sales ability and a client-focused mindsetProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-oriented approachValid drivers licence and own reliable transport essentialQualification:MatricN5/N6 minimum qualification (University Degree Highly Advantageous) Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
