A reputable construction company is seeking experienced and qualified individuals to join our team for upcoming and ongoing projects.
Construction Site agent
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 10 years' experience in the construction industry.
Minimum N6 qualification in Building or a related Built Environment discipline.
Proven experience managing construction sites and teams.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Construction Forman
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry.
Minimum N6 qualification in Building or a related Built Environment discipline.
Experience supervising site operations and subcontractors.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities (Both Positions):
Oversee daily site operations.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain quality control standards.
Enforce health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
