*We are hiring a full time calling agent to call hot leads in the Real Estate Sector. * * Work from home * Basic salary plus commission incentives * Experience in calling or calls centres is preferred, Real Estate experience NOT Required * Suitable for confident people who are confortable on the phone *Opportunity for growth* If the candidate chosen shows promise, he/she will be named our lead generation manager after a cetain time period, and will manage 2-3 employees. We will provide you with a list of 20 properties daily. You will contact the owners of these properties to book an appointment for an estate agent to meet with them. This position involves being on the phone for most of the day and following up with property sellers. This is *NOT *a cold calling position. You will need your own: * Cell phone * Laptop We are idealy looking for somone who has experience in a calling/telemarketing position. Experience in Real Estate is not required, but is a bonus. *You will be suitable for this job if:* * You are comfortable over the phone * You have experience in sales / calling / telemarketing * You are driven to succeed * You are confident *You will NOT be suitable for this job if: * * You are shy * You are not comfrtable speaking to people over the phone *This is a full time position.
