The Insights & Analytics Manager contributes to the organisational goals by using data to extract quantifiable insights from past trends and current conditions that increases profitability and improve efficiency. You would primarily be responsible for building, iterating and leading the team to compile and analyse all the digital metrics within the digital ecosystem (own sites, social, mobile, media, etc.), as well as informing the paid and organic strategy. * Manage and train all team members
* Conduct work and performance reviews, inductions and staff training
* Be revenue conscious and set accurate revenue targets and projections
* Create, maintain and analyse sound strategic media plans based on comprehensive research
* Share campaign results and learnings and present this data timeously
* Understand the media landscape and produce sound strategies and proactive proposals
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills and the ability to adapt these in order to communicate effectively with those around you
