Pharmaceutical Company in Johannesburg has an opportunity available for a Head of Digital who will report to the Head of Commercial. Main purpose of the position:Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategyIn addition, responsible for managing, guiding and training digital marketers and other positions in the teamResponsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing department and the digital marketing strategyKey performance areas:Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategyManage the strategyCollaborate with the broader marketing team to align communication strategies and tacticsDevelop, lead and manage the digital marketing teamStay up to date with the latest technology and best practicesManage and oversee different digital marketing channelsMeasure ROI and KPIsPrepare and manage digital marketing budgetOversee all the company's social media accountsMeasure and manage online contentAnalyze SEO, Google Analytics and social media analytics to provide data enriched recommendations to drive brand strategies and maximise ROIDevelop attribution models to support future campaign decisionsResearch competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvementExperience required:Relevant Degree or Diploma preferable5 years’ experience as a Head of Digital Marketing10 years’ experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies5-10 years hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and social media analytics tools and resourcesMust have experience and a huge passion for digital technologies and utilizing different digital marketing channels Salary is negotiable depending on experience
