Must reside in Paarl or Wellington

Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of assigned Sectional Title and HOA portfolios
Liaising with trustees, homeowners, contractors, and service providers
Conducting meetings, preparing agendas and minutes
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Overseeing maintenance, finances, and governance of schemes
Remuneration:
