Flight Specialist

A bespoke luxury travel company dedicated to crafting deeply personal, high-end itineraries and world-class experiences for discerning clients. Theyre seeking an experienced flights specialist who is calm, reliable, and client-focused with strong Galileo/Travelport skills, excellent communication, and the ability to support flight research and be available for duty-phone assistance.

Core Criteria:

• Several years experience as a flight specialist or travel consultant
• Minimum 3 years working knowledge of Galileo / SmartPoint / Travelport
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident, organized, and able to work independently
• Positive, composed, and solution-oriented, even when dealing with flight disruptions
• Available to start between now and the end of February
• Approximately 14 hours per day dedicated to flight searching and quoting
• On-call availability from 4:00am4:00pm (no fixed weekend or holiday work, but on-call availability is required)
• Act as a client-facing point of contact via WhatsApp for flight-related queries and changes
• Monitor bookings and remain available via duty phone in case of schedule changes or disruptions
• Liaise with an internal support team who handle ticketing, reissues, voids, and group flights
• Serve as a calm and reliable "middle-man" between clients and the operations team
