Required Skills & Qualifications- 2 to 5 years experience in network provisioning or project co-ordination.- Knowledge of network carriers and vendor process- Experience with Project management & provisioning tools and ticketing systems.Network Service Administrator- Co-ordinate the provision and activate MPLS, SDâ??WAN, VPN, DIA, broadband, wireless links, and voice/data circuits.- Manage the configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and CPE according to design requirements.- Allocate IP addressing, VLANs, routing entries, and QoS policies.- Validate service readiness and technical prerequisites.Configuration & Technical Setup- Manage the application of standard configuration templates and security policies.- Perform remote device setup, preâ??activation checks, and testing.- Coordinate field technician visits for physical installations.- Work with engineers on escalations requiring advanced troubleshooting.
