We are looking for a bold, creative, and commercially savvy Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across multiple platforms. In our fast-paced power tool and accessory wholesale environment, no two days are the same. Youll use your creativity daily from assisting our Sales team, Brand Managers, Dealer Group Managers, Sales Reps, dealers and third-party resources with promotional leaflets, brochures, external marketing sales resources, digital campaigns and signage, to name a few helping us communicate strength, reliability, and innovation to our market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with leadership and can translate strategy into powerful visual storytelling that drives sales and brand recognition. If you love design with purpose and enjoy seeing your work in stores, online, and in customers hands this is for you.A Matric Certificate (Grade 12).Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Understanding of B2B wholesale environments or product-based industries (advantageous).Digital photography & imaging knowledge.Proficiency with the required software applications and programs, including: Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Adobe, and Microsoft Suite.Own transport with a valid drivers license. Live in Midrand/Centurion area.Collaborate, brainstorm and strategize with management on a wide range of materials that may include packaging, web designs, presentations, collateral, catalogues, signage, branding, and marketing materials.Study design briefs and determine the requirement to prepare rough drafts to be presented and edited after feedback.Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.Manage the design and uploading process of all project material after its been tested across various media.Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and our market to design and execute effective visual content.Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (3+ years preferred) in retail environment.Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, print, digital, and branding work. Ability to collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with management on: Branding & promotional material, i.e. leaflets (internal and dealers); External marketing requirements;Signage.Ability to translate strategic direction into high-quality designs within established brand guidelines.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
