Description
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
Salary: Negotiable salary + working tools provided
- Grade 12 with A+ and N+ certificates
- 2+ years working experience in a similar IT role
- Advantageous MCSE / MCITP / Active Directory and MS Server experience / VMware & Hyver V experience
- Good communication skills and forward thinking
- Valid drivers and willingness to travel extensively
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Remote & On-Site Support 1st and 2nd line remote and onsite support; POS installations; IT maintenance & management; manage 3rd party support calls
- Hardware & Software Manage / maintenance software: MS OS, MS 365, Pastel Evolution, Third Party Software; configure/maintain hardware desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric readers
- Infrastructure Configure / maintain IT infrastructure; provide solutions; LAN infrastructure
- Training Provide training and ensure training material is updated
Salary: Negotiable salary + working tools provided
