? About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Training & Systems Support to lead client training, software implementation, and support functions. This is a senior leadership role where you will shape strategy, inspire teams, and ensure our clients unlock maximum value from our innovative software solutions.

What You’ll Do

? Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of training, implementation, and support professionals
  • Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centric service

?? System Implementation

  • Oversee end-to-end software implementation for clients
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage risks, timelines, and successful project outcomes

? Training Strategy & Delivery

  • Design and execute impactful training programs tailored to client needs
  • Oversee development of engaging training materials and content
  • Deliver or lead interactive training sessions (virtual and in-person)

? Customer Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure prompt, effective resolution of client queries
  • Gather feedback to continuously enhance training and support services
  • Drive client satisfaction and system adoption

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the voice of the client—sharing insights with Product and Development teams
  • Partner with Account Management to strengthen long-term client relationships

? Project & Resource Management

  • Oversee planning, resource allocation, and delivery across all initiatives
  • Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

? What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field (Postgraduate advantageous)
  • 7–10 years’ experience in software training, implementation, and client support
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, change management, and adult learning principles
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
