Job Description
- Infrastructure & Network
Support and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure across multiple sites
Maintain VPN connectivity between branches
Firewall configuration support
Monitor and maintain backup systems
Ensure uptime and reliability of branch connectivity - Microsoft & Systems Administration
Microsoft 365 tenant administration
User provisioning (Active Directory)
Endpoint management
Email security and spam filtering management
Manage software licensing and renewals - Cybersecurity & Compliance
Monitor and respond to security threats
Maintain antivirus / endpoint protection systems
Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Ensure compliance with internal IT governance procedures - Desktop & User Support
Provide remote and on-site support to branches
Installation and maintenance of hardware and peripherals
Software installation and troubleshooting
Asset tagging and IT asset register management - Administration & Vendor Management
Maintain IT documentation and SOPs
Manage relationships with external IT service providers where applicable
