Job Description
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyse claims, premium, and policy data to identify trends, anomalies, and
opportunities. - Create dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support underwriting and
management decisions. - Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure accuracy and consistency of key
datasets. - Pricing & Underwriting Support:
- Assist in developing and maintaining pricing models for insurance products.
- Work with management to monitor book performance and identify risk areas.
- Provide analytical support for new business initiatives and product reviews.
- Business Intelligence & Automation:
- Develop scripts and tools (e.g., in Python, SQL, Json) to streamline data processing.
- Support system enhancements by testing, validating, and implementing
improvements. - Help maintain and enhance internal analytics and reporting infrastructure.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with underwriters, management, and IT teams to deliver data
solutions. - Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, actionable way
