Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do):

• Deliver handsâ??on support for both software and hardware solutions.
• Manage service calls and installations with precision and professionalism.

Key Requirements and Skills (What You Bring to the Table):

• 2+ years experience in time & attendance/access control systems.
• Strong background in call centre and field support.
• A+ and N+ certifications and solid networking knowâ??how.
• Excellent communication skills and a customerâ??first mindset.
• Valid drivers license and the ability to work under pressure.
• Punctual, honest, and reliablealways ready to deliver.
