Senior BI Developer

Duties:

• Design and develop end-to-end BI solutions, integrating data from multiple systems into a central data warehouse
• Build, enhance, and maintain ETL processes using Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS)
• Develop and support Power BI reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy, reconciling outputs to source systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support and optimise the existing BI platform, including process improvements and reverse engineering
• Mentor and guide junior team members while driving best practices and standards

Job Experience & Skills Required:


Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Degree (NQF7+) preferred in Computer Information Systems, Information Management, Finance, or Mathematics

Experience:

• 3+ years experience in BI/ETL development within a Microsoft BI environment
