Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security, and data integrity
- Develop and customise solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configuration tools
- Build workflows, process automation, and validation rules to support business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure optimal performance
- Maintain clear documentation and support continuous system improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation
- Working knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
- Solid understanding of Java and object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with integrations and API development
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Advantageous:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I)
- Experience in a fast-paced or enterprise environment
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
