Minimum requirements:

- Matric
- 2â??3 years proven sales experience (freight industry experience will be highly advantageous)
- Valid driverâ??s licence
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Highly motivated, target-driven and professional
- Maintain and grow an existing customer portfolio
- Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct regular client visits and present tailored sales proposals
- Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts with new and existing clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and overall industry developments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
- Utilise industry-specific systems and software effectively
- Ensure compliance with logistics and transportation regulations
- Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
