Description
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Matric plus Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous.
  • Exposure to identity governance tools (e.g., PAM360, DSP)
  • 2 years experience in IT support, systems administration, or IAM environment
  • Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar
  • Experience supporting Windows Server and Active Directory environments
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Azure AD / Entra ID.
  • Basic understanding of networking and IT security principles.
  • Understanding of user account management and access control principles.
  • A working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail, meticulous and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good documentation and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude toward learning and task ownership.

Key Responsibilities
1. Access Lifecycle Management
  • Assist in provisioning, modifying, and deactivating user accounts across Active Directory (AD) and cloud platform (Azure Entra).
  • Support the review and update of access rights for movers and leavers, ensuring evidence is documented and stored per audit requirements.
  • Manage security groups, distribution groups, and functional mailboxes.
  • Perform routine AD health checks and system monitoring (e.g. passwords older than 90 days).
  • Verify Oracle Terminations report and AD end dates are aligned. To follow-up with discrepancies and maintain records and acknowledgment of resolution for these discrepancies.
2. Audit and Compliance Support
  • Create and maintain folders with evidence for leavers, movers, privilege & service accounts as part of IPCR and related audit cycles.
  • Assist with the Mobile Data Management System life cycle and verification of SIMs issued.
  • Assist with monthly patch deployment server reboots, testing and evidence gathering.
3. Incident and Ticket Management
  • Monitor, update and follow-up with ServiceNow/Email/Teams requests and incidents.
  • Daily review of Calls-to-Close.
4. IDM Managed Applications
  • DataSecurity Plus by ManageEngine (DSP): Daily health checks, weekly file server data trend reviews, weekly review for new releases, Create file
