IT Project Manager

Location: Midrand (Onsite)
Contract: 3-Month Contract, with Option to Extend
Salary: R40 000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team on a short-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing technology projects in the digital channel and telecommunications environment, with a solid working knowledge of SCRUM methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects within digital channels and telco environments.
• Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, business analysts, and technical specialists.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
• Provide clear and timely project reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ensure project alignment with business goals, technical requirements, and quality standards.
• Manage change requests, scope variations, and stakeholder communication.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Strong understanding and application of SCRUM / Agile methodologies.
• Experience working within digital platforms, online channels, telco systems, or customer-facing technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, integration and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Midrand, Monday to Friday.

Preferred Skills

• Telco industry experience (advantageous).
