- Matric / Grade 12 minimum; IT or Computer Science qualification
- Experience providing technical support in a retail or multi-site environment.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and scripting.
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL is an advantage.
- Experience troubleshooting trading applications (MS NAV or equivalent).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
