- Providing top-tier customer service via phone and remote support
Requirements:
- IT-related Degree/Diploma
- 3+ years experience with DMS applications (Autoline, Automate, Drive, Evolve, etc.)
- Experience in the motor industry is a big plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in a support desk environment
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
