Junior Full-Stack Developer

Junior Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

Augative is hiring a Junior Developer for the ERP space. We are looking for someone with either proven experience or "super über" talent ready to build and optimize enterprise-level applications in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

* Proactive & Self-Starting: This is a 100% remote position. You must be a self-starter who can manage your own output and stay proactive without constant over-the-shoulder supervision.

* Build & Modify: Write code for new software and modify existing systems to fix errors, adapt to hardware, and upgrade interfaces.

* Full-Stack Execution: Assist senior devs and product managers in conceptualizing and coding software within a full enterprise stack.

* Testing: Direct system validation, monitor performance, and handle debugging/isolating areas for improvement.

Requirements:

* Stack: Strong proficiency in C# .Net, MVC, Entity Framework, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

* Mandatory: If you are not comfortable and experienced in MVC and Entity Framework, do not bother applying.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engineering (or "super über" experience/talent and the ability to learn and apply skills fast).

* Mindset: Highly logical, analytical, and proficient in Agile methodologies and the full SDLC.
