Driver Job Description

The driver makes sure every furry client gets to and from the salon safely and on time. You’ll support the team with smooth daily operations and help deliver a warm, reliable service to our Sea Point customers.

Pet Transport

• Safely collect and drop off dogs for grooming, daycare, and nightcare

• Make sure every dog is secure, comfortable, and handled with care

• Keep communication clear with owners about arrival and pickup times

Customer Service

• Greet owners warmly on collection and drop off

• Handle pets gently and confidently

• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude at all times

Vehicle and Route Management

• Keep the company vehicle clean, tidy, and presentable

• Plan efficient pickup and drop off routes

• Report any vehicle issues immediately

General Support

• Assist team with light tasks when needed

• Help ensure smooth daily workflow in the store

• Valid driver’s licence

• Experience with dogs and confidence handling all breeds

• Punctual and reliable

• Friendly, professional, and good with people

• Able to work independently and manage time well

• Good knowledge of Sea Point, Green Point, Bantry Bay, Camps Bay areas
