Shortlisted is a bespoke job search consultancy. We're early, growing fast, and well-positioned in a rapidly expanding category. We need one more person to help us reach the people who'd benefit from what we do.We're looking for a freelance sales rep to bring new clients into Shortlisted. This is a freelance, fully remote, commission-based role with significant room to grow as the business scales.You'll define a lot of this job yourself. The mandate is simple: find the right people, tell them about Shortlisted, and bring them through to a conversation with the founder. How you do that is largely up to you. You'll have direct access to the founder, full visibility into the business, and all the materials and positioning you need to be effective from day one.What you'll do- Identify and reach out to potential clients across our target segments - Build a small, repeatable outbound process that works for you — whether that's LinkedIn outreach, warm intros, content, partnerships, or something we haven't thought of yet.- Represent Shortlisted in conversations and online with warmth, professionalism, and clarity.- Deliver qualified leads to the founder for the intake call; help close where it makes sense.- Share what's working and what isn't, so we can refine positioning and pricing together.Who we're looking forWe're more interested in attitude and aptitude than CV length. You're likely to be a strong fit if you are:- A final-year student, recent graduate, or someone 1–3 years into their career with spare capacity for a side project.- A self-starter who would rather be given a goal than a checklist.- A clear, warm communicator — written and verbal. The kind of person friends already go to for career advice.- Genuinely interested in careers, hiring, and helping people land roles they actually want.- Organised enough to manage your own pipeline without being chased.- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited (not anxious) about defining a role as you go.What we offer- Uncapped commission on every client you bring in.- Full flexibility.
